We looked throughout the St George area to build a house. We did not want an HOA and wanted a little bit of a yard. But more than anything we wanted a good builder. We happened upon Dixie Springs and loved it. The views, the people, and the homes were all what we were looking for. And then we found Seth and Shem at American Heritage Homes. We were so impressed with their professionalism and upbeat attitudes. We loved their homes! They were more than willing to work with us on all of the "little" things that we wanted. We absolutely love our home and would highly recommend them to our friends and family. They proved to be fantastic builders and are great friends!
