After spending time in the model we felt that this particular style of home, coupled with cost, location and available features made American Heritage Homes an easy choice to build our Southern Utah home. We were most impressed by the ability for American Heritage Homes to adhere to the planned schedule and budget throughout the entire project. Our custom home was built in 14 weeks. The project came in on budget with absolutely NO surprises exceeding our expectations in every way. Lastly, it is quite apparent the American Heritage Homes' top priority is the quality of workmanship and materials used in the construction process, leading to your total satisfaction with your new home.

We looked throughout the St George area to build a house. We did not want an HOA and wanted a little bit of a yard. But more than anything we wanted a good builder. We happened upon Dixie Springs and loved it. The views, the people, and the homes were all what we were looking for. And then we found Seth and Shem at American Heritage Homes. We were so impressed with their professionalism and upbeat attitudes. We loved their homes! They were more than willing to work with us on all of the "little" things that we wanted. We are very happy with the home that American Heritage Homes built for us! It's very high quality work; and they involved us through the entire building process helping us know what the possibilities were, but also letting us make all the decisions. We were excited with some of their suggestions, such as making the crawl space by the upstairs bedrooms a "secret tunnel." Our kids just love it! We thought the positioning of the house and windows was well thought out. These guys are true professionals, honest and easy to work with. We really appreciated the efforts of Seth and Shem in helping us get the enhancements we wanted, but allowing us to keep the entire project as economical as possible. Thanks so much for everything.

I sold an American Heritage Home to one of my clients and it was an almost perfect home. It was well built and the buyer loved the floor plan. The builder was great to work with.

The owners of American Heritage are great folks to work with. They are well organized, and are generally responsive. They worked with us on many issues and stood behind their work after we moved in. We feel they are honest and hard working. We had some issues and they worked hard to make us happy. We are pleased with the overall construction. We have issues with the flooring which was the result of the work by the subcontractor, but we would highly recommend this builder to others.

We had been looking in to building a home in southern Utah. We had been looking all around the St. George area. American Heritage Homes, came highly recommended by many people. So we called Seth Foster, and met with him. We explained what we were looking for. We took one of their plans, and made our own changes. It turned out beautiful!! We met with their recommended Mortgage Company. It is finally finished! We just received our keys yesterday. They were great to work with! Looked forward each week, for our call from Yvonne, their Design Consultant. She let us know what they were doing each week. She was GREAT! We would recommend them, to do any projects you may have. Still having things needed to be looked into, but that is expected with a new house.

We built our home in 2001 # 271 Believe in the scheme of Americans Heritages numbering plan. On poured Walls set to the correct grade and an amazing home. We are 15 years in the home and do not even have a crack in the drywall, which is unheard of. All the hardwood trim is as tight as the day we moved in, 6 panel doors the same. All appliances (Furnace, Hot Water Heater) are still 100% - and best of all NO SQUEAKY FLOORS.If we would do it again - These are the guys !!!!

After shopping several home builders, I found the people at American Heritage to be very straight forward with pricing and features. I spoke with a couple of their references and they loved their new home. They were easy to work with and we got incredible value for our money. They were even willing to explain some finer points of home construction that interested me particularly. Highly recommended!.

We had been looking for a good builder to build our home. We are from up north and were a little cautious about choosing a builder. Our in-laws had just built a new home and when we went to see it, along with seeing the American Heritage model home and the costs involved, we were impressed and approached American Heritage to build our home. We initially worked with Seth to formulate the plans for our home. We also worked with their architect and Seth contributed ideas as we went along. When the building started, Shem took over. He mans the building part of the home. We found both Seth and Shem great to work with. When we had changes that needed to be addressed, they were amiable and worked with us on them. Our neighbor next door watched as the home was being built and said that it was very good workmanship and he was amazed at how fast the home went up. He had built two homes himself. Shem had contractors lined up and it went very smoothly. There wasn’t hardly a day that went by when someone wasn’t working on it. We have had many complements regarding our home. The home has a good warrantee and we have called if anything was not right or needed to be fixed according to the plans, they immediately took care of it. We are really enjoying our new home. We love it, thank you to Seth, Shem and all the folks at American Heritage here in St. George, Utah.

American Heritage was awesome to work with. We were able to work with one project manager through the entire build. We were able to easily modify a standard plan to fit what we wanted. The owner was involved in the process from Pre construction to the final walk through. We had visited several other builders prior to selecting AHH. These other builders used heavy sales tactics, and/or dismissed us as we did all lot prep. American Hertiage Homes we’re down to earth, and transparent. Thank you for being an honest builder and for our beautiful home!

Really loved working with American Heritage Homes. They took right over with my clients and worked through everything. They were honest and had a lot of integrity. My clients were thrilled with their new home and are impressed with the quality and care that was given to them. They love it there.

The AHH team just completed our house in Hurricane in August, 2016 and they did an excellent job. We live in California and when we started the building process, we heard all the horror stories about trying to build a house ""long distance"" but AHH made sure that none of that happened.There were a few hiccups along the way but that's to be expected for this type of project. Communication is the key factor for a successful job like this and, even for the hiccups, they were on top of it all the way.
And one more sign of a professional organization is that, even now, after the job is done, they are just as responsive to our needs and questions as before. They really do care to do a good job!
We can't say enough good things about AHH and their professional staff and will recommend them to anyone who want to build a home in our area.
