We had a custom home built with American Heritage last year and couldn’t be happier. We had a lot of needs and they met every one! The entire process went flawlessly, all of the contractors were professional and efficient. We used the Butler floor plan and they drew up an in law suite for us. I would highly recommend checking them out if your wanting to build a home.

American Heritage built our home in Dixie Springs in 2013. I have built 6 homes in my life (3 custom and 3 cookie cutter) and this was by far the most personal and pleasant experience. Cost was fair, after the sale service and quality was excellent. Seth and Shem exceeded my expectations with the sale and build cycles, Yvonne was helpful with interior selections and Josh was excellent in follow up service - always taking care of items without question. What a pleasure that has been. As with all builders using subcontractors, their challenge is to make sure they receive quality workmanship in a timely manner from those subs and they have done a good job with this. Never before have I walked into a finished home and been surprised with extra features that I did not expect; and they provide value in their homes with excellent standards, which allowed us to focus on upgrades that added value instead of being nickel and dimed to death with upgrades like many other builders with low grade standards. These are genuinely good honest people that like and care about people and building homes. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We are very pleased with our decision to hire American Heritage Homes to build our dream home. I am one of those homeowners that spent a lot of time on site asking questions and taking photographs. They all have been good to us and accommodated our last minute changes. They are honest, reliable and knowledgeable in their building of quality homes. American Heritage was awesome to work with. We were able to work with one project manager through the entire build. We were able to easily modify a standard plan to fit what we wanted. The owner was involved in the process from Pre construction to the final walk through. We had visited several other builders prior to selecting AHH. These other builders used heavy sales tactics, and/or dismissed us as we did all lot prep. American Hertiage Homes we’re down to earth, and transparent. Thank you for being an honest builder and for our beautiful home!

We have built several homes ourselves and have worked with numerous contractors during our careers, but none have been as professional or have paid attention to detail as American Heritage. We are very happy with the home that American Heritage Homes built for us! It's very high quality work; and they involved us through the entire building process helping us know what the possibilities were, but also letting us make all the decisions. We currently live in Evans, Georgia and are preparing to retire in the upcoming summer. We have known for several years that we wanted to retire in the Southwestern region of the United States-in a place with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather for outdoor activities, low crime, and great people. The St. George, Utah area continued to be a place we visited, and last year, we decided to move forward with our retirement plans. Having no contacts west of Georgia, we were faced with the task of finding someone to help us make our dream a reality. Our realtor, Laura Taylor, introduced us to Seth Foster and the wheels were set in motion. We knew Dixie Springs was the area in which we wanted to build our home, but more importantly, we quickly realized that Seth and Shem Foster were the builders we were willing to entrust. Bob Raybould helped us secure an ideal lot, and Design Consultant, Yvonne Christensen, discussed options with us. Over the next three months, we primarily dealt with the American Heritage Homes’ team from 2100 miles away. We were pleasantly surprised at the ease of this process. Seth and Shem were always available to us. Yvonne kept in constant contact through email and phone calls. Her keen ability to understand our interests was amazing, and her ideas and suggestions were perfectly suited for our tastes. During this time, we traveled to Utah twice for our pre and final walk-throughs. Both times, Shem spent time with us walking through our house and making sure that we were satisfied. Yvonne met with us and reviewed our selections. Bob offered his time and agreed to keep an eye on our house. We truly appreciate the workmanship, professionalism, and caring attitude that the American Heritage Homes’ team showed us during the construction process and beyond. My husband and I just finished building our first home together and we couldn't be more happier with the way it turned out! American Heritage nailed our ideas and made them come alive! We had been looking in to building a home in southern Utah. We had been looking all around the St. George area. American Heritage Homes, came highly recommended by many people. So we called Seth Foster, and met with him. We explained what we were looking for. We took one of their plans, and made our own changes. It turned out beautiful!! We met with their recommended Mortgage Company. It is finally finished! We just received our keys yesterday. They were great to work with! Looked forward each week, for our call from Yvonne, their Design Consultant. She let us know what they were doing each week. She was GREAT! We would recommend them, to do any projects you may have. Still having things needed to be looked into, but that is expected with a new house.

We built our home in 2001 # 271 Believe in the scheme of Americans Heritages numbering plan. On poured Walls set to the correct grade and an amazing home. We are 15 years in the home and do not even have a crack in the drywall, which is unheard of. All the hardwood trim is as tight as the day we moved in, 6 panel doors the same. All appliances (Furnace, Hot Water Heater) are still 100% - and best of all NO SQUEAKY FLOORS.If we would do it again - These are the guys !!!!
