A local Hurricane family of five were the winners of the American Heritage Homes Holiday (play) House. The lucky family was present when the winning ticket was drawn, December 6, 2014 at the Hurricane Valley Festival of Trees. All funds raised were donated to the Hurricane Shop With A Cop Program.

American Heritage Homes would like to give a special thanks to everyone who participated in AHH Gives Back. The supportive team effort made this community involvement possible. Thank you to those who participated in event organization, playhouse building and construction, donation collection and safe playhouse delivery.

The American Heritage Homes Holiday (play) House Information, Official Rules and Regulations

American Heritage Homes, is conducting this drawing to raise funds for charitable purposes. The Rules and Regulations of the American Heritage Homes Holiday (play) House drawing are set forth below. By purchasing a drawing ticket, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations. Alternatives for American Heritage Homes’ interpretation and application of the rules and regulations shall be final.

The Grand Prize Drawing for American Heritage Homes Holiday (play) House will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2014. Drawing entries will not be sold after 2pm MT, December 6, 2014. An independent third party auditor will supervise the drawing. Prize winner does not need to be present to win.

American Heritage Homes shall deliver the Holiday (play) House at their discretion, prior to December 25, 2014 at no additional cost to any residence located in the following Washington County Utah cities: Ivins, St. George, Santa Clara, Washington, Hurricane, LaVerkin and Toquerville. If Holiday (play) House winner is located in any other city than the ones listed in the Rules and Regulations, additional transportation fee may apply.

How to Purchase

Beginning November 1, 2014, an individual can purchase as many tickets as he or she may wish, subject to availability. To purchase tickets, please visit participating locations. Tickets cannot be purchased on the website or by email. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

Selection of Winner

The American Heritage Homes Holiday (play) House drawing will be held on December 6, 2014. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified according to the contact information provided to American Heritage Homes at the time of ticket purchase. In addition to the winner being posted on the American Heritage Homes web site/social media sites, name of winner may be obtained from American Heritage Homes or by sending a self-address, stamped envelope to American Heritage Homes, PO Box 669, Washington, UT 84780 within one week of the drawing.

In order to schedule delivery of prize, the ticket winner may be required to sign and deliver to American Heritage Homes (a) a sworn affidavit of eligibility in accordance with these Rules and applicable law, including without limitation that he or she is at least 18 years old; (b) proof of identity in forms satisfactory to American Heritage Homes showing that the person claiming the prize is the same person who is named on the winning drawing ticket.; and (c) the winning ticket stub.

Tickets

Tickets are $1.00 each. Participant may purchase unlimited number of tickets and each ticket purchased will result in a separate entry. Only eligible person may purchase drawing tickets. If the name of more than one person is submitted with a ticket purchase and that ticket is selected as a winning ticket, then the person named first will be deemed the holder of record of that ticket and declared the winner. Division of prize by a group purchasing a ticket in common shall be to the sole responsibility of the person named as the holder of record of that ticket, should that ticket be selected as a winner.

LOST TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED.

American Heritage Homes reserves the right to reject any entry ticket form that is submitted with payment that does not constitute “good funds.” All defective, incomplete or physically altered drawing tickets will be immediately disqualified by American Heritage Homes. Prior to the Holiday (play) House drawing, American Heritage Homes will make a reasonable effort to notify the individual and/or entity that submits such an entry form or one which has been rejected because the funds did not clear and the entry has been rejected by attempting to make contact through the information provided at the time of submitting the purchase request. American Heritage Homes assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered email, mail or fax messages, or any other failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to the drawing deadlines.

A PARTICIPANT’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR AMERICAN HERITAGE HOMES BREACH SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR HIS OR HER DRAWING TICKET(S). IN NO EVENT SHALL AMERICAN HERITAGE HOMES, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Eligibility

Anyone 18 years of age or older and a U.S. resident physically residing in the United States and DC may enter. American Heritage Homes’ employees, authorized agents, employees, participating subcontractors, consultants, attorneys, independent accountant firm, and their spouses and children living in the same household are excluded from participating and are not eligible to win.
