American Heritage built our home in Dixie Springs in 2013. I have built 6 homes in my life (3 custom and 3 cookie cutter) and this was by far the most personal and pleasant experience. Cost was fair, after the sale service and quality was excellent. Seth and Shem exceeded my expectations with the sale and build cycles, Yvonne was helpful with interior selections and Josh was excellent in follow up service - always taking care of items without question. What a pleasure that has been. As with all builders using subcontractors, their challenge is to make sure they receive quality workmanship in a timely manner from those subs and they have done a good job with this. Never before have I walked into a finished home and been surprised with extra features that I did not expect; and they provide value in their homes with excellent standards, which allowed us to focus on upgrades that added value instead of being nickel and dimed to death with upgrades like many other builders with low grade standards. These are genuinely good honest people that like and care about people and building homes. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We love our new American Heritage home. We are looking forward to moving in in a few weeks. AHH is an amazing team to work with. All subcontractors have been professional and meticulous in their work. They captured our dream home vision and have worked hard to ensure it has a high standard of quality and beauty.

I had heard many positive things about American Heritage homes through reliable sources but didn't know a home builder could meet let alone go above and beyond my expectations. I knew right after meeting with the owners Shem & Seth and their building team that I was in good hands for my very first custom home build. Everything from the beginning stages, they took time to drive me around to several of their existing homes and homes in production to give me ideas on floor plans and then took time to go over in great detail to customize my plan accordingly. Since then I've met in person to go over details for interior: (paint, finishes, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, window treatments etc.) and exterior options and details (lighting, cement color and texture, landscaping etc.), they've been very thorough and have kept me in the loop of things on a weekly basis! After shopping several home builders, I found the people at American Heritage to be very straight forward with pricing and features. We looked throughout the St George area to build a house. We did not want an HOA and wanted a little bit of a yard. But more than anything we wanted a good builder. After spending time in the model we felt that this particular style of home, coupled with cost, location and available features made American Heritage Homes an easy choice to build our Southern Utah home. We were most impressed by the ability for American Heritage Homes to adhere to the planned schedule and budget throughout the entire project. Our custom home was built in 14 weeks. The project came in on budget with absolutely NO surprises exceeding our expectations in every way. American Heritage was awesome to work with. We were able to work with one project manager through the entire build. We were able to easily modify a standard plan to fit what we wanted. The owner was involved in the process from Pre construction to the final walk through. We had visited several other builders prior to selecting AHH. These other builders used heavy sales tactics, and/or dismissed us as we did all lot prep. American Hertiage Homes we’re down to earth, and transparent. Excellent builder with quality customer service and beautiful homes! Although building a home is always stressful, and even more so when you do it from a distance as we did, the American Heritage Homes staff went above and beyond to make our home building experience memorable and as easy on us as possible (not to mention exciting)! They built us an amazing, beautiful, high quality home with everything we asked for and then some! We have been in our dream home for nearly a year now, and they have continued to provide quality customer service. When a few of our windows got drafty and granite caulking split due to the natural settling of the house, AHH was out with their contractors within a week to make everything perfect again! They have also been extremely helpful answering our questions via phone or email from the beginning (Brandi and Curtis especially). They also have a very honest and down-to-earth approach to everything, which helped to put us at ease and keep us well-informed every step of the way. We absolutely love our American Heritage Home and all of their staff!
