We had been looking for a good builder to build our home. We are from up north and were a little cautious about choosing a builder. Our in-laws had just built a new home and when we went to see it, along with seeing the American Heritage model home and the costs involved, we were impressed and approached American Heritage to build our home. We initially worked with Seth to formulate the plans for our home. We also worked with their architect and Seth contributed ideas as we went along. When the building started, Shem took over. He mans the building part of the home. We found both Seth and Shem great to work with. When we had changes that needed to be addressed, they were amiable and worked with us on them. Our neighbor next door watched as the home was being built and said that it was very good workmanship and he was amazed at how fast the home went up. He had built two homes himself. Shem had contractors lined up and it went very smoothly. There wasn’t hardly a day that went by when someone wasn’t working on it. We have had many complements regarding our home. The home has a good warrantee and we have called if anything was not right or needed to be fixed according to the plans, they immediately took care of it. We are really enjoying our new home. We love it, thank you to Seth, Shem and all the folks at American Heritage here in St. George, Utah.
